The Dealer Training Manager is responsible for taking the lead in assisting the AVP of DTD in the creation, development, and the delivery of dealer educational programs to meet specific business needs as well as support the Canadian field team and their dealer base. As a Training Manager of the Dealer Training Team, this individual will take the lead to help ensure quality dealer training through course design, delivery and evaluation, training resource materials and learning reinforcement. Support the AVP in all roles and responsibilities including event planning, reporting, and team leadership.
This role will support Western Canada.
Training Content Development and Delivery (50%)
Interact with other business units and training department personnel to ensure consistency in materials for both internal and external content (20%)
Stays current and educated on trends, innovations, and applications within the auto industry (20%)
