The Remarketing Disposal Admin Bilingual French-CDN Dealer Services is responsible for the administration of all vehicles that are purchased during the lease contract which are not deemed as Recovery or Insurance Contracts.


Job Duties


Process cheques & ensuring all documents/funds are received to complete sale (33%)

  • Contact Dealers & Clients (both English and French) on deficiencies including shortfalls/VDS/Odometer, etc.
  • Handle fair share of ACD (queue) calls

Dispose Leases in Asset Remarketing System, creating worksheets, Bills of Sales, Power of Attorneys (POA’s), Lien Releases, Cover letters (33%)

  • Process Sales receipts after each sale
  • Update the Lease Receivables Management Systems

Other Miscellaneous Duties (33%)

  • Audit files to ensure accuracy
  • Ordering of ownerships
  • Handle external/internal inquiries through phone/fax (English & French)
  • Lien discharges
  • Train new employees as requested
  • Buyback letters

Reporting Relationship: Team Leader, Internal Operations Support

Direct Reports: None



  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity of Provincial requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of work related experience preferred
  • Awareness of automotive leasing industry


  • Strong mathematical skills required for calculating quotes & deficiencies
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical/problem solving/decision making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to handle large work load
  • Must possess strong communication/interpersonal skills, be a team player & able to plan, multi-task & organize
  • Must be customer/dealer focused
